Being Fat is Not Your Fault but You Can Take Control Now

Fat loss is a challenge for many. We are constantly tempted with the smell of junk foods that permeate the air as we walk down the street. We are short on time and fast foods fit into our schedules much easier. Hamburgers are much easier - and cheaper - to eat on the run than a salad is. So what are we to do?If you are tempted by too many foods and have a difficult time sticking to a program, chances are it is not your fault. You have probably been eating foods that contain substances that actually cause you to store fat and even lead to food cravings and diabetes!
